Backup Before Format - What All And How?, witch app for:onenote, outlook, thunderbird, firefox Options

I am just about to format C:drive to install all from biginning. and I just want to be shure if i will make successful backup.

so first 1.: WHAT ALL TO BACKUP?0

(let's recheck)
be careful not to forget to backup:
- of course all personal data in c:, desktop, and my document
- e-mails, edited news feeds from MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD,
- all bookmarks,settings, adds (plugin) from mozilla firefox
- all tasks and notes in microsoft outlook
- microsoft ONeNote (all written document, and that it will stay the same. all notebooks, all customized settings


and 2. second

I really need software or trick how to make great backup for all this sowtware above. That it saves all data and settings like it was before (backup&restore), that it also will automatic install all adds-on that i installed before.
