I installed Windows Live Family Safety and after a week or so did not like it so I decided to uninstall it, the application had actually changed my account from an Administrator to a Guest account. The uninstallation did not work correctly due to my lack of privileges, but the files were deleted, the registry keys etc. were not. Now every time I try to open IE7 it cannot connect to the web as Family Safety is still blocking it, but I can't uninstall it. I cannot use HijackThis to remove the BHO's and registry keys because of my lack of privileges. My main account (user) has always been the only account and always been on automatic login. I am using a Live CD version of a Linux distro my friend gave me to access the internet and it is getting annoying having to swap boots, save files to USB to use on other OS's etc.

I am able to use Outlook, so I know that t is IE7/Family Safety that is the problem...

If you could help, Thanks!!
